At the beginning of May 2026, Vice Chairman of Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee Phan Trong Tan signed a decision stipulating standards and norms for the use of specialized vehicles (except specialized vehicles in the medical field) of agencies, organizations, and units under the management of Phu Tho province.
Notably, among the units that are allocated specialized cars this time, Song Da Vocational College is allocated 14 cars to serve driving training and testing.

The regulation also applies to state agencies, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of provinces, public non-business units (except for units that self-ensure regular and investment expenditures), project management boards using state capital, and agencies, organizations, and individuals related to the management and use of specialized vehicles.
Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee requests that the management and use of specialized cars must ensure compliance with standards, norms, the right purpose and compliance with the provisions of law on public asset management.
For contents not specifically specified in this decision, it will be implemented according to Decree No. 72/2023/ND-CP of the Government on standards and norms for using cars and related amended and supplemented documents.
The Department of Finance is assigned to review and advise the Provincial People's Committee to arrange and handle the existing specialized cars at agencies and units according to regulations. The State Treasury of Region VIII shall base on the approved standards and norms to carry out expenditure control in the process of purchasing and using specialized cars.
