This is a special version of the Phantom VII generation, produced by Rolls-Royce for special customers on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the Spirit of Ecstasy icon.
Phantom Spirit of Ecstasy Centenary Edition was developed based on the Phantom VII Series I, with many unique identification details compared to standard versions. Most notably, the words "Spirit of Ecstasy Centenary - 2011" are engraved at the foot of the no-flying icon, along with a blue lighting system to create an identifying effect at night. On the body of the car, the coachline is hand-carried with the spirit of Ecstasy logo for the anniversary version, a detail that only appears on this special car line.
The exterior of the car in Hanoi is finished in gold-plated pearl white. The car still uses a Halogen cluster combined with a bi-xenon because it belongs to the Series I generation, before Rolls-Royce switched to LED lights in the Series II version. The 7-inch single-spoke chrome-plated trays, with the Spirit of Ecstasy Centenary 2011 carving cover, continue to be the unique mark of the commemorative version.
Phantom Spirit of Ecstasy Centenary Edition uses a 6.75L V12 engine, producing 453 horsepower and 720 Nm of torque. This engine block allows the super luxury sedan weighing about 2.6 tons to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.9 seconds and reach a maximum speed of 240 km/h.
The appearance of this rare version shows that the super luxury car market in Vietnam still maintains great appeal with exclusive or limited-edition cars in the world.
