Rolls-Royce Phantom VIII Series II stands out with personalized configuration

Thanh Vũ |

Rolls-Royce Phantom VIII Series II in Hanoi attracts attention with a color-changing paint color and black multi-spoke rims, creating a different look.

Unlike the familiar image of the Rolls-Royce Phantom with elegant exterior tones and multi-spoke design rims, this Phantom VIII Series II is color-coordinated in a stronger direction. The paint is black or wine red depending on lighting conditions, creating a rather special visual effect when the car moves outdoors.

Another notable point lies in the black painted multi-spoke wheels. The wheels use a block-shaped design with large brushed surfaces, instead of the thin spoke style often seen on the Phantom. This combination creates contrast with the body, and also makes the Phantom easier to recognize when placed next to similar models.

Phantom VIII and the personalized mark

Rolls-Royce Phantom is originally a model aimed at luxury, quietness and high personalization. Therefore, each configuration brought to Vietnam can have its own characteristics, from paint color, interior materials to wheel design.

With the Phantom VIII Series II in Hanoi, the choice of exterior with strong color effects and black painted rims creates a different appearance compared to most Phantoms appearing on the streets.

Phantom VIII still retains the characteristic lines of the British super-luxury car line. The front of the car stands out with a chrome-plated grille inspired by the Parthenon temple architecture. Above is the handcrafted Spirit of Ecstasy symbol, one of the most important identification details of Rolls-Royce.

The laser lighting system is also a notable equipment, with the ability to illuminate up to about 600 meters in suitable conditions.

Below the iconic design is the Architecture of Luxury aluminum frame platform. This structure is developed by Rolls-Royce to create high rigidity but still control volume, thereby serving the operating requirements of a large super luxury sedan model.

V12 engine with 563 horsepower

Rolls-Royce Phantom VIII Series II uses a 6.75-liter V12 engine, producing about 563 horsepower and a maximum torque of 900 Nm.

Power is transmitted through an 8-speed automatic transmission and full-time four-wheel drive. This configuration helps the sedan accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in about 5.4 seconds.

The maximum speed is electronically limited to 250 km/h. These are notable figures for a super-luxury sedan with a large size and weight exceeding 2 tons.

However, the value of the Phantom does not mainly lie in acceleration ability. With this car line, smooth operation, interior space and level of personalization are the factors that make the difference.

The appearance of Phantom VIII Series II configurations with different paint colors and wheels in Hanoi also partly shows that the super-luxury car market in Vietnam is increasingly focusing on the owner's own mark. Instead of choosing popular configurations, strongly personalized Phantoms can become a way for car owners to make a difference right from the exterior.
