This is a rear-wheel drive version of Huracan, different from the LP610-4 4-wheel drive version, introduced by the Italian automaker to meet the diverse needs of customers, from more reasonable prices, light reduction capacity to interesting drift driving experiences.
The first Huracan LP580-2 in Vietnam was officially imported and is currently owned by a car owner in Ho Chi Minh City. After a period of changing owners and rarely appearing on the road, the supercar has recently been spotted on the streets, attracting the attention of the car enthusiast community.
In terms of technical specifications, the Lamborghini Huracan LP580-2 uses a 5.2-liter V10 engine, 580 horsepower at 8,250 rpm and a maximum torque of 540 Nm at 6,500 rpm, 30 horsepower and 20 Nm less than the LP610-4. The car is equipped with a 7-speed LDF gearbox and rear-wheel drive, a weight reduction of 33 kg compared to the 4-wheel version.
Despite its lighter weight, the Huracan LP580-2 accelerates more slowly than the LP610-4. The car can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in about 3.4 seconds, reaching a maximum speed of 320 km/h. Fuel consumption according to the manufacturer's announcement is 11.9 liters/100 km. This version is aimed at those who love dynamic driving and drifting experiences, while expanding the options for the supercar market in Vietnam.
