This is the 3rd McLaren Artura Spider to appear in the Vietnamese market, and in particular, this car has a striking orange color, different from the two previous cars in purple and black.
The new McLaren Artura Spider is marked with license plate 51B, one of the luxury supercars with a value of up to 18 billion VND when launched in Vietnam.
One of the notable features of the McLaren Artura Spider is the ability to open and close the roof in just 11 seconds, a special feature that allows the driver to do this operation even while the car is moving, as long as the speed does not exceed 50km/h.
In terms of structure, the McLaren Artura Spider still retains the same aluminum and carbon chassis as the coupe version, but has been improved to increase stiffness and reduce weight by 62 kg. The dry weight of the car is currently only 1,475 kg, 65 kg lighter than its rival Ferrari 296 GTS.
In terms of performance, the McLaren Artura Spider has a 3.0L V6 engine combined with an electric motor with a capacity of 94 horsepower, bringing a total capacity of up to 690 horsepower and 720 Nm of torque. With this power, the car can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3 seconds and reach a maximum speed of up to 330 km/h, affirming its position in the super sports car segment.
