A taxi driver violated a very high alcohol concentration level, causing a traffic collision and intended to leave the scene but was promptly stopped by the traffic police force.
On March 10, the leader of Traffic Police Team (CSGT) No. 7 - Traffic Police Department of Hanoi City Police said that at about 8:55 PM on March 9, a collision between two cars occurred in the Phuc La - Da Sy area.

According to initial information, a taxi with license plate 29H-946. xx driven by Chu Hong P (born in 1982, residing in Vinh Linh commune, Quang Tri province) collided with a car with license plate 30H-304. xx. The incident caused minor scratches to the two vehicles, with no serious casualties.
Through inspection, functional forces determined that driver Chu Hong P had an alcohol concentration of 0.849 mg/l of breath, exceeding double the highest violation level according to regulations.
Leaders of Traffic Police Team No. 7 said that after the collision, this driver intended to leave the scene but was promptly stopped by the traffic police force.
Functional agencies have made a record of administrative violation against driver Chu Hong P, but this person did not sign the record.
According to current regulations, with the above alcohol concentration violation level, drivers may be fined 35 million VND and have their driving licenses revoked for 23 months.
