Until 9 pm on March 6, many people were still gathered at the scene of the chain collision on Nguyen Chanh street (Yen Hoa ward, Hanoi).
Initial information, the incident occurred at about 7 pm on March 6 on Nguyen Chanh street, passing through B10A Nam Trung Yen apartment building.
At the scene, there were at least 5 cars and 3 motorbikes heavily damaged. People who witnessed the incident said that some people were injured and taken to the emergency room.
Functional forces have sealed off the scene to investigate the accident.
At about 8:20 pm, functional forces conducted an alcohol concentration test on a man in the chain collision. This person was then taken to the Yen Hoa Ward Police headquarters for drug testing.
