According to the recorded clip, the truck was running in the opposite direction on DT 743 road, intersecting with Binh Chuan 33 road. Then the driver drove the car into an alley on DT 743 road.
When the truck driver drove in the opposite direction and entered the alley, it blocked both the car lane and the rudimentary vehicle lane on DT 743 road.
According to people, it is possible that the driver wanted to save travel time, so he went against traffic on DT 743 road. This act is not in accordance with traffic laws, and may be dangerous for other vehicles.
