Hai Duong seaports were fined in Bac Giang
From May 30, 2025 to June 5, 2025, through the traffic surveillance camera system and professional technical equipment and means, the Traffic Police Department of Bac Giang Provincial Police detected 167 cases of traffic safety violations. Including the following Hai Duong license plate car:

When paying the fine, people need to prepare the following documents:
