Through working, driver P.T. N (born 1991) did not have a driver's license as prescribed. The Traffic Police Team made a record for the driver for the above 2 violations.
According to regulations, for the above violations, drivers will be fined 19.9 million VND. Violating vehicles will be temporarily detained for 7 days.
Highway Traffic Police Team No. 6 also made a record against the vehicle owner for the act of allowing an unqualified person (without a driver's license) to drive the vehicle to participate in traffic. According to current regulations, the vehicle owner will be fined 29 million VND.
The total amount of money that drivers and vehicle owners will be fined is 48.9 million VND.
