    Hai Phong - The Traffic Police Department has just issued a record of handling "reckless overtaking" car drivers based on images reflected by the people.

    On April 19, the Traffic Police Department - Hai Phong City Police said that the unit had made a record of administrative violation against driver N.V.M for the act of overtaking in violation of regulations. Accordingly, An Hung Traffic Police Station directly clarified the incident under the direction of the Traffic Police Department, Traffic Police Department.

    Through verification, driver N.V.M (born in 1998, residing in Ha Dong ward, Hai Phong) driving car number 15H-247.92 had the act of violating "Overtaking in cases where overtaking is not allowed".

    Based on the details, An Hung Traffic Police Station made a record of administrative violation against driver N.V.M according to Point a, Clause 5, Article 6 - Decree 168/2024/ND-CP with a fine of 4,000 to 6,000 VND.
