On September 18, Honda Vietnam introduced the Honda SH mode 2027 with some changes in design, equipment and exhaust gas treatment system. The new model is expected to be sold from October 2, 2026.
In the 2027 version, the SH mode continues to use the eSP engine platform, and Honda has also improved the electronic fuel injection system and exhaust gas treatment on the exhaust pipe. According to Honda Vietnam, these upgrades help the model meet EURO 4 emission standards and reduce emissions by about 40% compared to the previous version.
The company said that the electronic fuel injection system is adjusted to optimize the combustion process, while the exhaust gas treatment system is upgraded to better control emissions such as CO, HC and NOx.
Besides the engine, the SH mode 2027 still uses the eSAF welded frame. Honda said that this structure is lightweight and highly durable, contributing to a stable operating feeling.
Change of design, add TFT screen
The SH mode 2027 continues to maintain the characteristic design of the SH mode line with soft lines and redesigned front of the car. The front lights use LED technology, combined with chrome-plated details.
The car model is supplemented with new color schemes depending on the version. Notably, the Special version uses black and blue combined with the SH mode logo in gold, while the Sport and Standard versions are in black and white.
Another notable change lies in the watch face. The SH mode 2027 is equipped with a 4.2-inch TFT screen, replacing the previous watch design. The new screen displays information with higher colors and resolution.
Add some daily utilities
Regarding safety equipment, the SH mode 2027 continues to have an ABS anti-lock braking system on the front wheels. This equipment supports limiting the phenomenon of wheel stiffness when braking, especially on slippery roads or in emergency braking situations.
The Smart Key smart lock system is supplemented with a warning function when users forget to turn off the power lock. The front storage compartment has a USB Type-C charging port, while the under-seat storage compartment has a capacity of 18.5 liters.
Honda SH mode 2027 is expected to be sold at the HEAD system nationwide from October 2, 2026.
