Recently, Lao Dong Newspaper published a series of articles "Illegal dumping, lion Dairy Company delays to recover", "Illegal dumping, enterprises are fined by the province twice, communes are reminded more than 10 times but still delays" and "Mineral mine and gathering point of many violations of lion Dairy Company in Lao Cai" reflecting Lao Cai Moll River Dairy Joint Stock Company dumping hundreds, thousands of tons of illegal soil and rock and waste but not recovering.
Along with that, according to people's reflection, this enterprise also dumped soil and rocks into the stream next to the mine, affecting agricultural production activities.

Not only that, the unit also illegally gathered machinery and production equipment in Nghe 2 village, Hop Thanh commune.
Although these violations have been pointed out by the authorities, they still exist, even operating vigorously, affecting people's lives.
Regarding the reflections of Lao Dong Newspaper, on May 28, Chairman of Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee Trinh Xuan Truong directed the Department of Agriculture and Environment to preside over and coordinate with the City People's Committee and relevant agencies to inspect and clarify.
At the same time, handle issues under its authority, then report to Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee before June 5.

Also on the afternoon of May 28, after receiving a directive document from Lao Cai province, according to the reporter of Lao Dong Newspaper, at the gathering point in Nghe 2 village, Hop Thanh commune of Lao Cai Mending Lanh Fertilizer Joint Stock Company, there were still grinding and ore production activities.
According to Mr. Vu Hong Diep (residing in Hop Thanh commune), this enterprise is still operating normally and shows no signs of stopping. The area of illegal dumping has not been inspected and remedied.
"Although there have been many complaints and documents directing inspection and handling from the province and locality, Lao Cai Molling Concrete Joint Stock Company has not complied. The sound of grinding machines operating day and night, the continuous sound of trucks coming and going in and out of unlicensed areas has "tortured" our people for many years without being able to do anything," Mr. Vu Hong Diep was indignant.
Many other people also hope that authorities at all levels will take action to inspect and handle the violations of Lao Cai Molling Concrete Joint Stock Company to stabilize the lives of people.
