According to the Ward People's Committee, the ward's land management and construction order working group has inspected the current status and established records to handle land violations in the above area.
On April 10, the People's Committee of Dai Mo Ward, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi City issued a Notice requesting organizations and individuals who violate the law to self-dismantle the construction, relocate assets from public land and agricultural land at the end of Sa Doi Street (Cho Residential Group) to the Cultural and Sports Center (Thap Residential Group).
After the above deadline, the local government will organize enforcement in accordance with the law.

Along with that, the Ward People's Committee assigned the Land Management and Construction Order Working Group to regularly inspect and prevent new violations; at the same time, advise on completing the dossier to organize enforcement according to the legal process.
Dai Mo Ward Police are assigned to inspect temporary residence, temporary absence and deportation of people residing and living in violating works, ensuring fire safety, and strictly handling cases of intentional resistance and failure to comply with the requirements of the authorities.
Recently, the People's Committee of Dai Mo Ward has issued many documents directing the handling of illegal construction violations on agricultural land; at the same time, from March 21, the People's Committee of Dai Mo Ward has organized a handling campaign.
The People's Committee of Dai Mo Ward has mobilized functional forces to enforce and remove the illegal construction with an area of about 500m2 at the location opposite 87-89 Dai Mo Street. Here, the subjects arbitrarily leveled and built tents and factories to build warehouses.
"We have issued a notice to find the owner, but no one has come forward to claim responsibility. Therefore, the People's Committee of the ward issued a decision on enforcement. All land violations in the area will be completely handled," said Mr. Hung, representative of Dai Mo Ward People's Committee.
