After the mining enterprises renovated and repaired the road through Vinh Khuong village (Yen Quang commune, Tam Diep city), arranged for people to clean, water, and ensure traffic safety, the people agreed to let trucks in and out of the mines to resume operations.
On November 25, Mr. Tong Duc Thuan - Vice Chairman of Tam Diep City People's Committee said that Yen Son Commune People's Committee had reported on the settlement of the incident related to some residents of Vinh Khuong village blocking vehicles transporting soil and rock of mining enterprises in the commune.

According to Mr. Thuan, up to now, enterprises have basically completed the repair and upgrading of the road for transporting soil and rock of mining enterprises (section through Vinh Khuong village). Local authorities have organized a meeting with the people to agree on solutions to ensure environmental sanitation, security, order and traffic safety in the area.
At the meeting, local authorities requested that businesses transporting soil and rock through the area arrange workers to sweep the streets and collect soil and rock that has fallen during daily transportation. In addition, businesses must arrange water trucks to suppress dust, clean the streets and wash their vehicles before entering the traffic.
"After meeting and reaching an agreement with the people, the People's Committee of Yen Son commune coordinated with local businesses to implement the plan. Up to now, the road through Vinh Khuong village has been poured with new concrete by mining businesses and the business has resumed operations," said Mr. Thuan.

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Luan (Vinh Khuong village) said that currently, mining enterprises arrange for road sweepers and water trucks every day. At the beginning of the route from National Highway 12B, turning into Vinh Khuong village, the local government has set up a road barrier to limit vehicles from running by the hour.
"Mining companies and our people have agreed to let vehicles run from 5:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. every day. Initially, the companies have strictly complied," said Mr. Luan.
Previously, on October 11, Lao Dong Newspaper published an article "People are angry and block roads, preventing trucks from entering and leaving mines in Ninh Binh", reflecting the fact that hundreds of households in Vinh Khuong village (Yen Son commune, Tam Diep city, Ninh Binh province) brought tables, chairs, and other items to block the roads, preventing trucks from entering and leaving raw material mines.
