The shipment includes belts, crossbody bags, backpacks and women's handbags, with a total value of 2.21 million VND. At the time of inspection, Ms. Le could not present invoices or documents proving the legal origin of the goods.
After verification, Ms. Le was fined 6 million VND and forced to destroy all exhibits of violation.
Also in this area, Mr. Vu Duy Duc (45 years old, residing in Hanoi) was discovered trading 30 pairs of fake HERMÈS brand sandals, worth 1.35 million VND.
Functional agencies then issued a decision to fine Mr. Duc 6 million VND, and at the same time forced him to destroy all the violating goods.
Previously, many residents of Luong Van Tri ward reflected that the fair took place in Chi Lang Park area, causing unsightliness and affecting community activities.
