On the afternoon of July 29, a special meeting was held at the Central Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital: The Hospital-level Patient Council meeting was chaired by Dr. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha - Deputy Director of the Hospital.
This is a periodic activity of special significance to connect, listen and absorb opinions from patients and their families being treated at the hospital.
Organizing the Patient Council is not only a responsibility but also a commitment of the hospital in the journey to improve the quality of medical services. We always want to listen to genuine feedback, from satisfaction to the concerns of patients and family members, to constantly improve ourselves. All are aimed at the ultimate goal: the safety and satisfaction of patients - Dr. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha said.
At the meeting, patient representatives shared touching thoughts about the treatment process and the dedication of the team of doctors, nurses and medical staff.

A relative taking care of a pregnant woman at the hospital expressed: "I am really touched by the care and concern of the doctors and medical staff here. Although the hospital is always crowded, the doctors are still gentle and caring for the patient. I feel the closeness and enthusiasm, making me much more secure when my child is born here".
The meeting also recorded many positive contributions and sympathy from the patient's family for the specific work of the hospital's medical staff.

All opinions and shares of patients will be fully compiled, evaluated and responded to, and at the same time, it is an important basis for the hospital to continue to improve and enhance the quality of medical services.
The Patient Council meeting is a meaningful bridge between hospitals and patients - where all opinions are listened to with understanding and respect. This is not only an activity that demonstrates the spirit of openness and transparency, but also affirms the determination to constantly innovate for the goal of improving the quality of care and patient satisfaction.
