On February 14, the Department of Information and Communications of Binh Thuan province provided information on the report of the results of the inspection and handling at Binh Thuan General Clinic to the Provincial People's Committee. According to the Department of Health, after receiving information through social networking sites about the content of "A Warning about Binh Thuan General Clinic" along with the content of the Complaint of patients being treated here, the Department of Health Inspectorate collected information, the situation of the incident and organized the inspection and handling.
Binh Thuan General Clinic is licensed by the Department of Health to operate medical examination and treatment in the form of a general clinic. The clinic was approved by the Director of the Department of Health to allow the implementation of 239 technical categories in medical examination and treatment. In particular, there is a technique of removing scalp bags caused by sticking or being long.
The Department of Health Inspectorate conducted an inspection and examination at Binh Thuan General Clinic on the afternoon of February 11 and determined that there were no foreigners working there. At the same time, 3 violations of Binh Thuan General Clinic were discovered: Employees did not wear a nameplate; fulfilling listing at the drug sales location of a pharmaceutical business establishment; Collecting medical examination and treatment service fees higher than the listed price.

Based on the above administrative violation, the Department of Health Inspectorate issued a Decision to sanction administrative violations in the health sector with the amount of VND 19,700,000 and this clinic has paid the fine.
Regarding the content of the complaint of patient T.P.D, the Department of Health Inspectorate invited this person and the representative of Binh Thuan General Clinic to work. Binh Thuan General Clinic sent Mr. D the difference compared to the listed price at the clinic at 32,800,000 VND. This is an exclusive agreement between the two parties, accompanied by the Working Minutes and the Minutes of Acceptance. Mr. D received the above difference and submitted a request to withdraw the Complaint from Binh Thuan General Clinic.
Previously, as Lao Dong reported, information about this clinic appeared on social networks in the case of Mr. T.P.D (23 years old, living in Phu Quy district) coming for examination and being prescribed circumcision and treatment with the total cost recorded in the hospital fee receipt of more than 50 million VND. Mr. D had to call home for help to get money to pay for the hospital fees. The case attracted public attention because the price for this procedure was too high.
