Suspension of unlicensed dental clinic in Dak Lak

    Dak Lak - A dental clinic has just been fined and suspended for 18 months for not having an operating license as required.

    The People's Committee of Buon Ma Thuot City (Dak Lak) has just issued a decision to administratively sanction Mr. Vo Thanh Vu.

    Mr. Vu is the owner of Vinh Phu Dental Clinic (address: 88, village 2, Hoa Phu commune, Buon Ma Thuot city).

    The reason is that Mr. Vu provided medical examination and treatment services without a license to operate medical examination and treatment.

    Therefore, the People's Committee of Buon Ma Thuot City decided to impose a main fine of 45 million VND. The competent authority also imposed an additional fine of suspending the facility's operations for 18 months.

    Buon Ma Thuot City People's Committee requested Mr. Vo Thanh Vu to strictly comply with this penalty decision.

    If Mr. Vu does not voluntarily comply within the deadline, he will be forced to comply according to the provisions of law.
