Inspectors from the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health determined that this clinic is located at 314 Cao Thang (Ward 12, District 10) and conducted an inspection.
This is a cosmetic clinic belonging to Rita Cosmetic Clinic Company Limited, with Dr. H.V.T. in charge of technical expertise. The clinic has been approved by the Department of Health for 37 technical categories related to cosmetic surgery of the head - face - neck area.
At the time of inspection, the company representative said that they were doing procedures to change ownership at the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City; they were under repair so they were not accepting customers for cosmetic services.
However, during the actual inspection, the inspection team noted that in the operating room on the first floor, there were reports of consumables with information that customer N.T performed abdominal "LP" service for 20,000,000 VND.
Through information provided by the patient and documents recorded at the time of inspection, the company representative admitted to performing liposuction services for customer N.T on November 9 at the clinic's address.
Initially, the Inspector of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health determined that the provision of liposuction services at the clinic exceeded the scope of technical expertise approved by the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health; the practitioner was not registered to practice medical examination and treatment; and the advertisement of medical examination and treatment services had not been approved by the competent authority before implementation.
The Inspectorate of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health continues to verify, clarify and strictly handle violations related to medical examination and treatment activities at the cosmetic clinic of Rita Cosmetic Clinic Company Limited and related individuals, and publicly announce the results of the sanctions on the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health's electronic information portal.
The cosmetic clinic of Rita Cosmetic Clinic Co., Ltd. has changed its name 3 times. The original registration was Sunny Luxury Co., Ltd.
On July 8, 2022, the name was changed to Hanjin's Luxury Co., Ltd.
On September 28, 2023, the name was changed to Rita Cosmetic Clinic Company Limited.
Previously, on September 29, 2023, the Department Inspectorate issued a decision to administratively sanction the Cosmetic Clinic under Sunny Luxury Company Limited - 314 Cao Thang, Ward 12, District 10 for the following acts: Not posting prices for medical examination and treatment services; keeping a medical examination and treatment book but not recording fully according to the provisions of law.
