This morning (November 15), the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization organized the announcement of the Secretariat's Decision on personnel transfer and appointment.
Accordingly, Mr. Nguyen Quang Duc - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Hanoi Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee - was transferred to work at the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization and held the position of Deputy Head of the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization.
Presenting the appointment decision, Mr. Mai Van Chinh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Mass Mobilization Commission - assessed that Mr. Nguyen Quang Duc is always absolutely loyal and trusts the Party's leadership; has steadfast political will.
During his work, Mr. Nguyen Quang Duc always strives, trains, with a high sense of responsibility, dedicated to his work, is a capable and practical cadre, holding many positions in the locality and Hanoi Party Committee; performs well the role of head of the Party Committee and government; in any position, he always completes well and excellently the assigned tasks.
Mr. Mai Van Chinh believes that Mr. Nguyen Quang Duc will continue to promote his working experience, together with the leadership of the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization, departments and units, to continue to excellently complete assigned tasks.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Quang Duc deeply understood that being assigned to the position of Deputy Head of the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization was an honor and an important responsibility, and promised to continue to strive, study, and practice to successfully complete the assigned tasks.
Mr. Nguyen Quang Duc expressed his hope to continue receiving the attention, leadership, direction, and support of the Politburo, the Central Party Secretariat, the Central Mass Mobilization Commission, central agencies and localities to successfully complete the assigned tasks.
Mr. Nguyen Quang Duc was born in 1971 in Hanoi, has a bachelor's degree in law and is a senior political theorist. Before being appointed as Deputy Head of the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization, he held the position of Standing Committee Member and Head of the Hanoi Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee.
