On December 23, the Office of the Investigation Police Agency (IPA), Da Nang City Police prosecuted 20 defendants and executed an Order to temporarily detain 14 defendants to investigate the act of "Disturbing public order".
The defendants include: Le Hong Huy (born 2009), Nguyen Huu Tai (born 2006), Nguyen Tan Dat (born 2007), Nguyen Hoang Viet (born 2005), Dang Truong Hong Khoa (born 2007), Le Van Anh Khoa (born 2008), Truong Quang Phuoc (born 2006) residing in Thang Binh commune; Duong Ngoc Thach (born 2008), Tran Dinh Tam (born 2008), Nguyen Hoang Minh (born 2008), Pham Tan Nam (born 2008) all reside in Thang Dien commune; Nguyen Doan Tam (born 2007), Nguyen Hai (born 2007), Phan Ngo Vu Hung (born 2009), Duong Van Ngoc Hau (born 2007), Trinh Quang Binh (born 2007), Tran Cong Phuc (born 2007), Trinh Nhat Thanh (born 2009), Nguyen Ba Tu (born 2009) all reside in Thang Truong commune, Da Nang; Lai Tan Tien (born 2002, residing in Dong Duong commune, Da Nang).

Previously, the above group of subjects brought many dangerous weapons such as knives, machetes, iron pipes, etc., driving many large-displacement motorbikes to gather and move through the night on many routes with the purpose of finding people in conflict to fight.
The convoy of vehicles departed from Thang Binh commune, passing through Xuan Phu, Nam Phuoc, Duy Nghia, Thang An, and Thang Truong communes, causing people to feel insecure. Because they did not meet the "opponent", the subjects then returned to Thang Binh commune and hid the weapons.
Although he has not caused any injuries to others, the act of carrying weapons, gathering in large numbers, driving motorbikes at high speeds through many areas has caused insecurity, disorder and poses a potential risk of leading to particularly serious incidents.
The case is being further investigated, clarifying the role and level of violation of each defendant for handling in accordance with the provisions of law.
