On November 7, technology car driver Huynh Nhat Nam (born in 1994, residing in An Khe ward, Da Nang city) was still shocked after the incident of being assaulted in the middle of the street. He recounted that on the afternoon of November 2, when traveling through area No. 61 Ngo Nhan Tinh (An Khe ward), he saw a group of people in his house organizing drinking and parking, occupying almost the entire road. He reminded the homeowner to reverse the car so that other vehicles could pass, but the two young men Nguyen Huu Tuoi and Do Dang Khoa (both residing in An Khe ward) raised their voices and argued, forcing him to take another detour.


After about 15 minutes of exchange, Tuoi suddenly used his hand to hit Nam in the face, causing the victim to break the nose prime and suffer a concussion.
The incident caused traffic congestion and affected security and order in residential areas.
"I just asked to reverse the car a little to return the customers, I didn't expect them to react so strongly. I was suddenly beaten, I was stunned, then taken to the emergency room by people" - Mr. Nam shared.

On November 7, An Khe Ward Police announced that they had initiated a case, prosecuted the accused and temporarily detained two subjects Nguyen Huu Tuoi and Do Dang Khoa to investigate the act of "Disturbing public order".
The police are continuing to consolidate the case file and expand the investigation to strictly handle it according to the law.
