On the morning of December 22, the Investigation Police Agency of Binh Thuan Province Police completed the scene investigation and requested an autopsy on the murder case that occurred in Binh Tan Ward, La Gi Town, Binh Thuan.
Due to a personal conflict, suspect Phan Van Kiet (born in 1987) used a weapon to stab Mr. N.V.T (born in 1992), both of whom were locals.
T was stabbed multiple times on his body, including in his neck. Victim T was taken to La Gi Regional General Hospital for emergency treatment but died due to severe injuries.
After committing the crime, Kiet left the scene. The police launched a search and attempted to persuade the suspect to surrender. About 2 hours later, Kiet presented himself to the police.
The Investigation Police Agency of Binh Thuan Province Police together with other professional units of the province police conducted a crime scene investigation and requested an autopsy to investigate the case and handle it according to their authority.
