On February 7th, at the Le Tao 1 residential group cultural house, the Ward Compensation and Support Council for Site Clearance organized the 2nd payment of compensation and site clearance costs for the project of 55 households with agricultural land within the scope of recovery for the education complex project.
Previously, on January 31, the ward completed the payment of compensation and support funds to 112 households. To date, 167/169 households with agricultural land subject to project recovery have received compensation and support funds.
According to Phu Lien Ward People's Committee, only one month after the decision to recover land to implement the education complex construction project, the ward has basically completed compensation and support for site clearance. Currently, there are still 2 households facing problems with land origin and land disputes. Functional agencies of the ward are continuing to coordinate to resolve according to regulations.
The FPT Education Complex project in Phu Lien ward includes works for higher education, vocational education and general education, with a scale of receiving about 5,800 students and nearly 450 lecturers, teachers, staff, and employees. The project is expected to have a total investment of nearly 650 billion VND. The project is oriented to form a system of multi-level educational institutions, meeting diverse training needs from general education to university, college and vocational training, aiming to build modern educational institutions, contributing to the development of high-quality human resources of the city.
