Implementing site clearance for the urban embellishment project according to the plan (section from Cam Lo street to Dong Chuoi) and building technical infrastructure for Cam Lo area, Hong Bang Ward People's Committee awarded Certificates of land use rights for the first phase to 53 households allocated residential land in Dong Chuoi resettlement area.
The urban embellishment project according to the plan (section from Cam Lo street to Dong Chuoi) and the construction of technical infrastructure in Cam Lo area, Hong Bang ward were approved from 2024 with the goal of embellishing and upgrading urban technical infrastructure. The project has a recovered area of more than 67,578 m2. Including 75 households of agricultural land and 108 households of residential land.
Implementing the project, Hong Bang ward (formerly Hong Bang district, Hai Phong) actively implemented compensation and site clearance. Up to now, the project has 72/75 households with agricultural land and 81/108 households with residential land acquired who have received compensation money and handed over the site.
In order to ensure that people with recovered residential land soon stabilize their lives, Hong Bang ward is accelerating the construction progress and arranging resettlement. The ward issued decisions to allocate land to 73 households. From now until before the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year holiday in 2026, Hong Bang ward ensures the completion of issuing Certificates of residential land use rights for households handing over land and having land allocation decisions. Along with that, the ward ensures support for people to carry out construction permit procedures; organize the construction of houses in the resettlement area according to the approved architectural model.
