Hanoi - A household that did not comply with the land inventory decision forced Quoc Oai Commune People's Committee to apply coercive measures.

Information from Quoc Oai Commune People's Committee (Hanoi) on February 6th said that the Commune People's Committee has just organized the mandatory coercive inventory for Ms. L.T. H's household (residing in Ngoc Than village, Kieu Phu commune, Hanoi city) for not complying with the inventory decision according to the provisions of law, in order to ensure the progress of the project to build technical infrastructure for the land auction for land use rights in Quoc Oai commune (area adjacent to the North-South axis of Quoc Oai town previously).

According to the decision, the land area expected to be recovered for project implementation is 293.0 m2, belonging to land plot No. 36+50, map sheet No. 1, Champ Duoi field, Quoc Oai commune.

In the process of organizing coercion, Quoc Oai Commune People's Committee has closely coordinated with the Economic Department, the Commune Infrastructure Investment Project Management Board and functional forces, ensuring the correct implementation of procedures and procedures according to the provisions of the Land Law, public, transparent, safe, and maintaining security and order in the area.

Previously, Quoc Oai Commune People's Committee had repeatedly propagated, mobilized, dialogued, and explained policies and laws on compensation and support when the State recovers land; and publicly posted decisions according to regulations.

However, the household still did not comply, forcing functional agencies to apply forced inventory measures.

According to Quoc Oai Commune People's Committee, the organization of forced inventory is to ensure the legitimate rights and interests of the State, organizations, and individuals involved, contributing to removing obstacles in site clearance work, creating conditions for the project to be implemented on schedule, serving the socio-economic development goals of the locality.
