The asset attached to the land is a level 4C house, 1-story scale with an area of 42.9 m2. The starting price offered for the first asset is 2,825,978,894 VND.
The second asset is located right next door at No. 37 Nguyen Truong To, Dien Hong ward, Gia Lai province. The land area is 58.1 m2, also residential land in urban areas for long-term use. The asset attached to the land is a level 4B brick house, wooden attic, with a construction area of 58.1m2 and a usable area of 101.77 m2. The starting price of the second asset is 3,255,287,113 VND.
Both of the above starting prices do not include value-added tax (VAT) if any, along with registration fees, ownership transfer fees, asset use fees or other financial obligations arising when purchasing assets.
The winning bidder will have to bear these costs themselves, except for personal income tax. The price step applied to the auction participation process is generally regulated at 20,000,000 VND.
Interested customers can participate in viewing assets directly in the field from 08:00 on June 19, 2026 to 16:00 on July 2, 2026 during office hours.
The time to sell and receive applications for auction participation starts from 07:00 on June 19, 2026 to 17:00 on July 2, 2026 at Pleiku Property Auction Service Center, No. 46 Le Thanh Ton, Dien Hong ward, Gia Lai province.
To complete the valid registration procedure, auction participants must pay a deposit equivalent to 20% of the starting price of the asset.
The deposit time is limited from 7:00 AM on June 19, 2026 to 5:00 PM on July 2, 2026, ensuring that the money must float in the center's account before the deadline ends.
The official auction will be held on July 7, 2026 at the Pleiku Property Auction Service Center headquarters at 46 Le Thanh Ton, Dien Hong ward, Gia Lai province.
The auction time for the first asset is at 2:30 PM and the second asset is at 3:30 PM.
The auction takes place in a direct verbal form at the auction session with a raised bid method. The maximum time for each bid by the participant is 30 seconds.
