The Department of Construction of Bac Ninh province has just announced the receipt of applications for purchasing social housing at the investment project to build social housing for workers in the new urban area of Nenh town, Viet Yen district, Bac Giang province (now Nenh ward, Bac Ninh province).
This project also has the commercial name Evergreen Bac Giang.
The project investor is a joint venture of Saigon - Hai Phong Industrial Park Joint Stock Company and Evergreen Bac Giang Sustainable Development Investment Joint Stock Company.
Evergreen Bac Giang is known as the largest social housing project in Bac Ninh province today with 16 20-storey apartment buildings, providing the market with more than 7,000 apartments, providing accommodation for 22,000 residents.
Phase 1 of the project has been completed and handed over to customers since December 2023.
During the announcement period to receive this registration, the project will sell, rent, and lease out apartments in CT1 and CT 2 buildings.
Accordingly, the two buildings CT1 and CT2 in the project have a total of 2,787 apartments. Of which, there are 2,449 apartments for sale and 338 apartments for rent. Of the 2,449 apartments for sale, they have been successfully sold: 2249 apartments, the remaining number of apartments for sale is: 200 apartments.
According to the approval, the maximum selling price includes VAT but does not include maintenance costs of: 13,400,000 VND/m2 for CT1 apartment and 14,500,000 VND/m2 for CT2 apartment.
The time to receive registration documents is from September 18 to October 30, 2025.

According to the Prime Minister's 1 million social housing projects, Bac Ninh province is assigned to invest in the construction of at least more than 135,000 apartments for workers and low-income people.
According to the Department of Construction of Bac Ninh province, there have been 71 social housing projects in the province with a total land area of about 255 hectares. When completed, the projects will meet about 9.12 million m2 of floor space with about 102,390 apartments.
Of these, 26 projects have been completed, 5 projects have been partially completed with a total of 20,726 apartments. The remaining 45 projects are under implementation.
From the beginning of 2025 to now, Bac Ninh has completed 12,649 more social housing apartments, reaching about 80% of the 2025 plan.
The locality is actively selecting investors to implement new projects, striving to complete the target of 135,000 social housing apartments by 2030.
