On March 22, Thanh Oai district organized an auction of 81 plots of land (phase 2) in the Man Ca, Man Cong, Ma Man Trong areas, Van Quan village, Do Dong commune, Thanh Oai district, Hanoi city.
The auction attracted 209 customers with more than 400 applications. The plots of land have an area of 76 - 189 m2, starting price from 11.3 million VND/m2. The auction took place in the form of direct secret ballot in one round by the method of bidding up.
Talking to Lao Dong, Ms. Le Thi Tam - an employee of a real estate brokerage office in Thanh Oai - said that her office has 5 teams participating in the auction of land lots. She predicted that the winning price would be similar to the previous session with prices ranging from 50 - 80 million VND/m2.
Previously, on March 15, Thanh Oai district also organized an auction of 89 plots of land in this project. Accordingly, lot 28, marked as Group 2 with the highest winning price was 79.9 million VND/m2; this lot has an area of 102.78m2, equivalent to more than 8.2 billion VND/lot.
The land lot with the lowest price is 51.3 million VND/m2, other land lots have winning prices ranging from 52 - 78 million VND/m2. According to the people, this winning price is higher than the land price level in the same area.
According to records, immediately after the auction, many people advertised for sale at a difference of 200 million VND to more than 1 billion VND for each auctioned plot of land.
