National Joint Stock Auction Company No. 5 has just issued a notice of auction of residential land use rights for 30 plots of land at Point DT-01, Tien Thang Commune, Me Linh District, Hanoi City (Phase 1) on April 5, 2025.
The plots of land have an area of 80 - 126m2, the starting price for each plot of land is 5,180,000 VND/m2. The common price step applied to all plots of land is 5,000,000 VND/preseed.
The auction is conducted by direct voting in multiple rounds at the auction and a minimum of 5 mandatory rounds according to the method of bidding up. In case in any auction round before round 5, there is a minimum valid bid equal to the starting price approved by the District People's Committee plus 4 price steps, then the winner of the auction will be determined, if in the next auction round, no one will participate in bidding. The direct voting in multiple rounds at the auction ended when no one participated in bidding.
The time to register to participate in the auction is from 8:00 a.m. on March 20 to 5:00 p.m. on April 2. The auction will take place at 8:00 a.m. on April 5 at the Hall of the Center for Culture - Information and Sports of Me Linh district (address: Dai Thinh commune, Me Linh district, Hanoi city).
Then on April 12, Me Linh district will continue to organize the auction of residential land use rights for 28 plots of land at Point DT-01, Tien Thang commune, Me Linh district, Hanoi city (Phase 2).
The auction is conducted by direct voting in multiple rounds at the auction and a minimum of 5 mandatory rounds according to the method of bidding up.
The time to register to participate in the auction is from 8:00 a.m. on March 20 to 5:00 p.m. on April 9. The auction will take place at 8:00 a.m. on April 12 at the Hall of the Center for Culture - Information and Sports of Me Linh district (address: Dai Thinh commune, Me Linh district, Hanoi city).
