Information from the Land Fund Development Center of Me Linh district, at the auction on March 21, the plots of land had an area of 100 - 198 m2, starting price of 5,604,000 VND/m2.
The highest winning bid was 77.6 million VND/m2; the lowest winning bid was 71.6 million VND/m2. The total amount of money collected from the auction is more than 126.8 billion VND. The auction was organized in multiple rounds with the method of bidding up, in which the first three rounds of auction were mandatory, with a starting price of 5.6 million VND/m2, each price step was 6 million VND/m2.

It is known that the total area of the land put up for auction is 1,727m2. The plots of land are located in prime locations with convenient transportation, so they attract many customers to participate in the auction.
At the auction, there were 361 documents with 85 people participating in the auction. After a period of public and transparent auctions, 15 plots of land were successfully auctioned with prices ranging from 71.6 - 77.6 million VND/m2.
According to the Land Fund Development Center of Me Linh district, it is expected that in April 2025, the district will auction 58 plots of residential land at Point DT-01, Tien Thang commune and 87 plots of land at Point X7, Nai Chau village, Chu Phan commune, Me Linh district, Hanoi City.
Previously, on March 14, Me Linh district successfully auctioned 18 plots of land in the 4th round also at Point X1, Dong Cao village, Trang Viet commune. The plots of land have an area of 96 - 194.8m2, starting price is 5.6 million VND/m2, step price is 6 million VND/m2.
With 66 participants and 276 registered applications, the highest winning bid was 71.6 million VND/m2; the lowest winning bid was 53.6 million VND/m2. The total amount of money collected from the auction is about 124 billion VND.
