OCD An Thuan Phat Joint Stock Auction Company has just issued a notice to auction the right to use 102 plots of land for people to build houses in Residential Area No. 10, Dinh Cao Commune, Phu Cu District, Hung Yen Province on March 30.
The plots of land have an area of 90 - 100m2, with a starting price of 11 million VND/m2. The above starting price is determined based on Decision No. 157/QD-UBND dated January 15, 2025 of the People's Committee of Phu Cu district.
The auction is conducted by direct secret ballot in one round according to the method of bidding up. The fee for registering to participate in the auction is from 100,000 to 200,000 VND/project. In addition, the deposit is equal to 20% of the starting price on each plot of land put up for auction.
The time to register to participate in the auction is from 8:00 a.m. on March 13 to 5:00 p.m. on March 26. The auction will take place at 8:30 a.m. on March 30 at the Phu Cu District Cultural House.
