The auction is conducted by direct voting in multiple rounds at the auction and a minimum of 5 mandatory auction rounds (except in cases where in any round before round 5, there is a minimum valid bid of the round equal to the starting price approved by the People's Committee of Son Tay town plus 5 price steps, then the winning bid price can be considered for determination, if no one participates in the next auction round).
A valid bid form is a form that fully states the contents according to the form (with a hung stamp of the Property Auction Organization), consistent with the documents in the registration file to participate in the auction and has a valid bid price. The amount of money paid in words and numbers in the bid form must be unified, if there is a difference, the price will be paid in words to consider the price. In case the auction participant is negligent and does not fully record the prescribed information on the bid form (except for information on bidding in numbers and in words). The time to register to participate in the auction is from 8:00 a.m. on March 19 to 5:00 p.m. on April 2. The auction will take place at 8:00 a.m. on April 5 at the Hall of the People's Committee of Son Tay town.
