On August 8, Kien Hai Commune People's Committee organized the payment of compensation, support, and resettlement money to households and individuals whose land was acquired by the state to implement the Ninh Binh - Hai Phong expressway construction investment project (CT. 08), the section passing through Hai Phong city and 9 km in Thai Binh province (now Hung Yen province), and at the same time serve the construction of Van Uc 2 bridge. This is a transport project of important significance in completing the regional transport network, strengthening connectivity between Hai Phong and localities in the region, contributing to promoting socio-economic development, creating motivation to attract investment and improving transport connectivity capacity.
This time, 24 households, individuals, owners of assets attached to land, and people with related rights and obligations at addresses in Doan Xa and Phuc Hai villages, Kien Hai commune are receiving compensation money. The organization of compensation payment, support and resettlement arrangement is implemented by Kien Hai Commune People's Committee to ensure the legitimate rights and interests of households and individuals whose land is recovered. The implementation is focused on being public, transparent, targeted, and in accordance with regulations, contributing to creating consensus among the people and ensuring the site clearance progress of the project.
