Kien Hai Commune People's Committee is implementing a land recovery plan to implement the Ninh Binh - Hai Phong expressway (CT. 08) construction investment project, the section passing through Hai Phong city and 9 km in Thai Binh province (now Hung Yen province), the section from Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway to the coastal road intersection.
In Kien Hai commune, the project passes through Nai Son, Tu Son, Dai Hai, Tan Phong, Kinh Truc villages. The total expected recovered area is 249,338 m2. Of which, agricultural land accounts for 195,171.7 m2, mainly specialized rice land with 182,251.4 m2, and the rest is other annual crop land, perennial crop land and aquaculture land.
The area of non-agricultural land expected to be recovered is 54,166.3 m2, including rural residential land 3,477.6 m2, traffic land 39,337.3 m2, irrigation land 11,297.8 m2 and energy land 53.6 m2.
Kien Hai Commune People's Committee assigned the Department of Construction, Agriculture and Environment to preside over advising on determining specific land prices, appraising compensation, support, and resettlement plans; the Construction Investment Project Management Board coordinates to organize investigation, inventory, develop compensation plans, pay, hand over land and manage recovered land funds; departments, boards, and related units coordinate to resolve difficulties and obstacles, ensuring project progress.
