According to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, the whole country has 2 system models that are being operated, including: The national concentration model has 31/63 provinces (for provinces and cities using VBDLIS software) and tissue. The disperse image by each province has 32/63 provinces (for provinces and cities that are using Vilis, Elis, Tmvlis, Dongnailis, Southlis software).
For land databases built by the Central Government, there have been 4 component data, namely: Data on the current status of land use and nationwide; data on national land use planning, planning; data on land price brackets; Data on basic survey on regional and national land.
For land databases built by localities, currently 63/63 provinces and cities directly under the Central Government are building and completing the land database. Accordingly, 484/705 district units (as of the time before merging a number of district units in 2024) completed the cadastral database with nearly 50 million land plots put into operation for management. The State on land and settlement of administrative procedures on land for people and enterprises; 705/705 district -level units have completed the database of land statistics and inventory (from the 2019 inventory period) and put into uniform operation from the central to local levels; 325/705 district units have completed the construction of land use planning databases and plans; 300/705 district units have completed the construction of land price database.
Regarding the connection, sharing, exploitation and use of information in the land database, 63/63 provinces and cities have made the connection and sharing of the national database on land with the national database on population on population with data with data land of 462/705 district units; 49/63 provinces and cities have connected and linked the land registration agency and tax authorities to determine the financial obligations on land.
