On June 4, Gia Phuc commune, Hai Phong city coordinated with relevant units to organize the handover of land clearance (GPMB) markers to serve the Lao Cai - Hanoi - Hai Phong railway line construction investment project.
Attending the working session were representatives of the Railway Project Management Board; leaders of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee of Gia Phuc commune; representatives of the site clearance pile design consulting unit, site clearance pile planting consulting and related professional staff.
The handover of markers and piles aims to accurately determine the boundaries, land recovery scope and safety corridor of the railway line passing through the commune. After agreeing on the design dossier and pile planting plan according to regulations, the units inspected the site, compared, confirmed the location of each marker and signed the handover minutes.

The implementation process ensures publicity, transparency, and proper order and procedures according to the provisions of law. The Lao Cai - Hanoi - Hai Phong railway project is a key national transport project, of great significance for socio-economic development.
The railway line connects the midland and mountainous provinces of the North with the plains and sea gateway of Hai Phong, contributing to the formation of a strategic economic corridor, improving cargo transport capacity and promoting trade.
For Hai Phong, the new railway line is expected to strengthen the connection between industrial parks, logistics centers and seaport systems, contributing to reducing transportation costs, shortening the travel time of goods, attracting investment and creating more development momentum for localities on the line.

Identifying site clearance work as a key task, in the coming time, Gia Phuc Commune People's Committee will continue to coordinate with specialized agencies of the city and related units to deploy the review and inventory of land and assets on land.
At the same time, promote propaganda to help people understand the purpose and meaning of the project, creating consensus in the implementation process.
