The Project to Invest in Construction and Business of Infrastructure of Tien Lang 1 Industrial Park, invested by Asia Pacific Sustainable Green Development Joint Stock Company, is being built in Hung Thang commune, Hai Phong city.
The project has a scale of 596.78 ha, with a total investment of: 13,061 billion VND. Project implementation progress: Phase 1 (Zone A, area 416.06 ha): Deploying site clearance and infrastructure construction from the first quarter of 2026 to the second quarter of 2028, starting business from 2027; Phase 2 (Zone B, area 180.72 ha): Deploying site clearance and infrastructure construction from the 4th quarter of 2027 to 2031, starting business from 2029.
According to the investor's report, by June 3, the investor will carry out surveying and making cadastral extracts to serve site clearance work. It is expected that by August 2026, the surveying and drawing and making extracts will be completed on the entire project area.
For area A with an area of more than 137 ha, related to 7 villages with a total of 983 land plots of 635 households. Up to now, the consulting unit has coordinated with the Commune People's Committee and villages to complete external surveying and review internal records. The confirmation of completed area for 591/635 households has reached about 93%. For area B with an area of 435.52 ha, the consulting unit is simultaneously deploying surveying and preparing cadastral extracts in 11 villages within the project scope. It is expected that in June, the unit will complete external surveying and internal records; in July and mid-August, complete the review and confirmation of area with related households.
Regarding the progress of infrastructure construction, according to the plan, from January 2027, construction units will deploy leveling of area A on an area of about 93 hectares out of a total of 137.5 hectares allocated land, with a total leveling volume of about 3.2 million m3, the expected construction time is 18 months. The main road of area A will be constructed in 8 months. From April 2027, the investor will deploy the construction of an internal traffic road system with a construction time of about 12 months.
Along with that, the project will build a clean water plant with a capacity of 20,000 m3/day and night, expected to be put into operation from April 2028; a wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 3,500 m3/day and night will be started in June 2027 and put into operation from June 2028.
Inspecting the project progress, representatives of the Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board requested units to focus highly, proactively coordinate to remove difficulties, accelerate the progress of surveying, complete dossiers, and prepare necessary conditions to deploy site clearance and infrastructure construction investment according to the set plan. Thereby, contributing to early putting the industrial park into operation, creating motivation to promote socio-economic development in the southern area of the city.
