Implementing the resettlement arrangement plan and allocating residential land with land use fees, Ngo Quyen Ward People's Committee has deployed land funds in 3 areas including: Resettlement area alley 226 Le Lai, Resettlement area alley 47 Le Lai - 92 Le Thanh Tong and Resettlement area Dong Khe 2 Road. The total allocation demand is 34 lots, including 20 lots for main household resettlement, 9 lots for main household residential land and 5 lots for auxiliary household residential land.
The draw is organized publicly and transparently under the supervision of functional agencies and voter representatives. Households are divided into priority groups based on the location of recovered land, recovered area and policy beneficiaries. The draw order is determined according to the time of land handover and recovered land area.
As a result, 33/34 households and individuals completed the draw to determine the resettlement land location according to their wishes and regulations. For the remaining 1 case, at the working session, households provided additional documents related to the regime for people benefiting from chemical/agent Orange. Currently, the Ward People's Committee is coordinating with functional agencies to conduct additional verification to ensure maximum benefits and implement priority policies for people with meritorious services in accordance with legal regulations.
