On March 21, the National Election Council issued a resolution on announcing the election results and the list of 500 elected National Assembly Deputies of the 16th term.
The list of elected members of the Hanoi Delegation (view here) includes 32 delegates, including: General Secretary To Lam; Mr. Nguyen Duy Ngoc - Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee; Mr. Nguyen Kim Son - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Policy and Strategy Committee; Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyen - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Government Party Committee; Ms. Lam Thi Phuong Thanh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Standing Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
According to the National Election Council, the total number of candidates nationwide is 863, the total number of voters nationwide is 76,423,940, the total number of voters who participated in voting is 76,981,214, the percentage of voters who participated in voting compared to the total number of voters nationwide reached 99.70%, the number of valid votes was 7,5892,848, and the number of invalid votes was 298,705.
According to the summary report after the election, no unit in the country had to hold re-elections.
Hanoi City has 11 electoral units, 32 people elected as National Assembly Deputies of the 16th term.
Electoral unit No. 1 includes wards: Ba Dinh, Ngoc Ha, Giang Vo, Hoan Kiem, Cua Nam, Dong Da, Kim Lien, Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam, Lang, O Cho Dua.
Electoral unit No. 2 includes wards: Tay Ho, Phu Thuong, Hong Ha, Cau Giay, Nghia Do, Yen Hoa, Thanh Xuan, Khuong Dinh, Phuong Liet.
Electoral unit No. 3 includes wards: Hai Ba Trung, Vinh Tuy, Bach Mai, Linh Nam, Hoang Mai, Vinh Hung, Tuong Mai, Dinh Cong, Hoang Liet, Yen So.
Electoral unit No. 4 includes wards: Ha Dong, Duong Noi, Yen Nghia, Phu Luong, Kien Hung, Tu Liem, Xuan Phuong, Tay Mo, Dai Mo.
