Attending the opening ceremony were also representatives of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, People's Council, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Xuan Dinh ward, members of the Election Steering Committee, and members of the Election Committee of Xuan Dinh ward.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Dung - Secretary of the Party cell of Xuan Loc 4 residential group, Head of Election Team No. 24 of Xuan Dinh ward emphasized that this is a great political event of the entire Party and the entire people, a festival for the people to promote their right to mastery, to choose deputies who are virtuous and talented enough to represent the will and aspirations of the people to participate in the power agencies of the state. Along with voters nationwide, each voter in the voting area No. 24 of Xuan Dinh ward will hold a ballot to directly participate in voting for those they trust to be National Assembly deputies of the 16th term and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026–2031 term.

In which, the President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour highly appreciated the organization work in accordance with regulations, scientifically, creating a festival atmosphere of election team No. 24 of Xuan Dinh ward.
In particular, the President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour expressed his wish and called on union members and workers nationwide to quickly exercise their rights and responsibilities as citizens, and elect worthy delegates.
For employers, the President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor proposed to arrange reasonable production time to create all conditions for workers to exercise their civil rights in accordance with the law.
On this occasion, the President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour highly appreciated the propaganda work on the content and regulations of elections for union members and workers at all levels of the Trade Union and the press of the Trade Union system.
