National Joint Stock Auction Company No. 5 in coordination with the Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board of Tien Thang commune will organize an auction of residential land use rights for 27 land plots at point YB2, Yen Bai village, Tien Thang commune, Hanoi city.
Land plots with an area of 90 to 150.8m2. The starting price of the first auction round is 7,170,000 VND/m2, according to the level approved by the People's Committee of Tien Thang commune. From the second auction round onwards, the starting price is the highest valid bid price of the previous adjacent auction round.
The price step applied to the first auction round is 20,000,000 VND/m2/step price. From the second auction round onwards, the price step is 1,000,000 VND/m2/step price.
The auction is organized in the form of direct voting in multiple rounds, with a maximum of 2 auction rounds. In case at the second auction round there are 2 or more people paying the highest valid price equal to each other and there is at least 1 person who needs to continue the auction, the auction session will be held again. The auction method is to bid higher.
The time to sell bid invitation documents is from 8:00 AM on January 21, 2026 to 5:00 PM on February 3, 2026. People in need can refer to information and buy documents directly at the Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board of Tien Thang commune or National Joint Stock Auction Company No. 5.
The auction is expected to take place at 8:30 am on February 6, 2026 (Monday) at the Hall of Tien Thang Commune People's Committee (address: Van Loi village, Tien Thang commune; old Tam Dong Commune People's Committee hall).
The organizing committee noted that auction participants must be present at the organizing location at least 60 minutes in advance to complete procedures to enter the auction room. In case of authorization to participate in the auction, the authorized person must present a valid document or authorization letter, notarized in accordance with legal regulations, with specific and clear authorization content.
In an auction session for each land plot, each person is only allowed to represent one entity participating in the auction. In case they are already participants in the auction for a land plot, they are not allowed to receive authorization from another entity when auctioning that land plot together.
Previously, on December 27, 2025, Tien Thang commune coordinated with Joint Stock Auction Company No. 5 - National to organize the auction of 33 land plots.
As a result, all 33 land plots were successfully auctioned. The land plot with the highest winning price reached 58.18 million VND/m2, the lowest was 39.18 million VND/m2. The total winning bid amount reached more than 161 billion VND, about 144.2 billion VND higher than the total starting price. Many land plots recorded high winning prices, large differences compared to the starting price, showing the needs of the people as well as the attractiveness of the real estate market in the locality.
