This morning, Kien Hung Commune People's Committee coordinated with the Kien Thuy Area Project Management Board to organize the payment of compensation and site clearance support for 369 households in Ky Son village to serve the implementation of the investment project to develop infrastructure of Tan Trao Industrial Park (phase 1). Total payment cost is more than 192.6 billion VND.
At the payment session, the contents and plans for compensation and support were clearly publicized, implemented in the correct order and procedures according to regulations, ensuring the legitimate rights of the people.
Previously, on December 24, Kien Hung commune completed the payment of land clearance support money for phase 6.2025 for 306 households in Ky Son village with a total payment amount of more than 155.3 billion VND.
The investment project to develop infrastructure of Tan Trao Industrial Park is implemented on a total area of nearly 227 hectares, in 2 communes Kien Hung and Nghi Duong, with a total capital of phase 1 of more than 4,000 billion VND. Tan Trao Industrial Park is built in 5 years, from the second quarter of 2025 to the end of the second quarter of 2030. Public and transparent payment has created high consensus among the people, contributing to accelerating the progress of site clearance, creating favorable conditions for the Tan Trao Industrial Park project to be implemented soon, promoting socio-economic development of the locality.
