On September 27, according to PV's investigation, DVL - Lao Cai Branch Joint Stock Auction Company has just announced the organization of an auction of the right to use 5 urban plots of land in Cam Duong ward.
The auction took place at 2:30 p.m. on October 6 at the company headquarters (No. 006A, Doan Khue Street, Lao Cai Ward) by indirect voting via post.
The total starting price of 5 plots of land is 21.824 billion VND. Of which, four townhouses No. 14, 15, 16, 17 (1,595.2 m2) on D19 Street, Sub-urban Area No. 13 have a unit price of 12.5 million VND/m2, with starting prices of 4.823 billion; 4.931 billion; 5.038 billion and 5.146 billion VND respectively.
Plot No. 185 (235.5 m2) on DH14 and DH14A streets has a unit price of VND8 million/m2, starting price of VND1.884 billion. All are urban land with complete infrastructure, long-term use, no assets attached.
Participants need to buy documents from September 18 to October 1 at the company's headquarters ( fee 200,000300,000 VND/plot, no refund), and pay a deposit of 20% of the starting price (376.8 million to more than 1 billion VND).
Each deposit document only applies to one plot of land. valid documents must be submitted before 5:00 p.m. on October 1, including: Registration form, copy of CCCD, Bidding form (number and letter), authorization letter (if any).

The auction winner is entitled to deduct the deposit from the purchase price, then pay the land use fee according to the notice of the tax authority to be granted a Certificate of land use rights and construction according to the plan.
