The Hanoi People's Committee has just approved the 2025 land use plan of Nam Tu Liem district with a total of 96 projects on an area of 554.45 hectares. This plan focuses on developing transport infrastructure, urban areas, education, culture, and public works to meet the needs of local socio-economic development.

In the field of education, the project to build Tay Mo High School (2.48ha) and Tay Mo 4 Kindergarten (0.99ha) in Tay Mo - Dai Mo - Vinhomes Park urban area promises to improve the quality of education, meeting the increasing learning needs of residents.
In addition, Nam Tu Liem also implements cultural projects such as the Dai Mo Ward Cultural and Sports Center (1.62ha) and entertainment areas in Xuan Phuong and Me Tri wards to improve the spiritual life of the community. Environmental improvement projects such as the wastewater collection and treatment system in Tay Mo - Dai Mo area are also included in the plan, contributing to building a green, clean and beautiful urban environment.
In particular, the Hanoi green technology city project in Dai Mo with an area of 51.65 hectares is a notable highlight, aiming to build the Nam Tu Liem area into a modern and sustainably developed technology center.
The People's Committee of Nam Tu Liem District is assigned to publicize the plan, closely monitor the implementation process and promptly report any arising projects to the Hanoi People's Committee for additional approval. The synchronous implementation of the 2025 land use plan will promote the comprehensive development of Nam Tu Liem District.
