The highlight of the list is the Ring Road 2.5 project from Nguyen Trai (National Highway 6) to Dam Hong with an area of 6.56 hectares, passing through Thuong Dinh, Ha Dinh, Khuong Trung and Khuong Dinh wards. This is a key infrastructure project to help reduce traffic congestion and enhance connectivity between the inner city and neighboring areas.
The technical infrastructure project around Re Quat Lake with an area of 1.53ha is also a notable highlight. The project focuses on improving the environment and landscape in Ha Dinh and Thanh Xuan Trung wards, bringing a fresher and more modern living space to residents.
In the urban sector, projects such as Ha Dinh New Urban Area (1.2ha) and Phung Khoang New Urban Area in Nhan Chinh Ward (0.59ha) will contribute to solving housing needs, while promoting the development of modern and synchronous residential areas.
Thanh Xuan District also pays special attention to preserving historical and cultural values with the project of restoring and embellishing the historical relic Go Dong Thay in Thanh Xuan Trung Ward on an area of 0.89ha. This project not only preserves the heritage but also creates a cultural tourism highlight for the locality.
In addition, other projects such as the construction of Thanh Xuan district funeral home (2.3ha) in Khuong Dinh ward, Thanh Xuan 220/110kV transformer station in Nhan Chinh ward, and other small infrastructures also contribute to completing the district's infrastructure.
Thanh Xuan District People's Committee is assigned to review and evaluate the feasibility of projects, publicly announce information and closely monitor the implementation process to ensure feasibility and highest efficiency. Any arising cases will be promptly reported to Hanoi People's Committee for additional approval, fully meeting development needs in 2025.
