Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 196/QD-UBND assigning the investor of the Social Housing Construction Investment Project in Dai Dong commune, Bac Ninh province.
Accordingly, this project is located in Duong Huc village, Dai Dong commune, Bac Ninh province, invested by Thanh Do Real Estate Investment and Development Joint Stock Company.
The project has a planned land area of about 4.94 ha, with a population of about 3,000 people.
In which, social housing works are built on land plots with a total area of about 22,380.7m2 according to the approved detailed planning project, meeting about 792 - 1,030 apartments.
The commercial housing area includes 3 buildings, each building has a height of 4 floors. Kindergarten with a height of 2 floors; land area of about 1,019m2; construction floor area of about 1,650m2.
The health station is 2 stories high; the land area is about 1,019m2; the construction floor area is about 816m2. The parking lot area is about 1,028.7m2.
In addition, the project also has parks, green trees, sports fields; transportation system; outdoor fire prevention and fighting system; sanitation system; technical infrastructure system invested and built synchronously according to the approved detailed plan. The project's operating term is 50 years.
Bac Ninh is one of the leading localities in the country in terms of social housing development results. In 2025, the province completed nearly 20,000 social housing units, accounting for about 20% of the country's total supply.
In 2026, the province is assigned a target of 19,000 units, higher than Hanoi, but the province sets a target to continue to complete over 20,000 units.
Currently, the construction of social housing in Bac Ninh province continues to take place strongly and comprehensively across all subjects.
In particular, Bac Ninh province started construction of the first social housing building for the Police force and is expected to soon start the next project for the Army force.
