Bac Ninh Department of Construction has just issued a notice publicly announcing the sale of social housing for the Social Housing Area project in Zone No. 1 of the Urban Area next to Vietnam - Korea Vocational College of Technology, Dinh Tri commune, Bac Giang city (now Bac Giang ward, Bac Ninh province) phase 2.
The project is invested by Thu Do Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company, invested and built on a land plot with a total area of about 10, 004.6m2.
Construction items implemented in the project land include: High-rise social housing; system of external technical infrastructure works (yards, internal roads, landscape green trees) within the project boundary, complete and synchronous.
The project is expected to complete procedures and build works by the end of June 2027; put the project into operation and business when ensuring the conditions according to legal regulations until the end of the project's operating period.
The number of apartments opened for sale this time is a total of 239 social housing apartments with areas from 35.1m2 to 69.9m2 with a selling price of 18,562 - 210 VND/m2 (The selling price includes VAT, excluding maintenance costs and excluding the selling price adjustment coefficient for the area according to apartment location).
