The decision clearly states that 18,928 m2 of land in Vu Ninh ward is allocated to Anh Phu Trading and Service Co., Ltd. to implement the above project. In which, commercial housing land is 2,252.7m2, social housing land is 9,055.2m2, in addition to green land, sports land, parking lots...
The land use term is 50 years.
Vu Ninh Ward People's Committee, Kinh Bac Land Fund Development Center Branch and Anh Phu Trading and Service Co., Ltd. are responsible before the law for land that has completed site clearance (including the relocation of graves, relocation of power lines, construction works attached to land...); accuracy and truthfulness of land origin, land type and compensation and support results at the project according to regulations.

Project scale: expected land area of about 18,928 m2, population of about 2,057 people. In which: Social housing projects are expected to have 19 floors, 1 attic, 1 basement to accommodate about 948 apartments.
Estimated total investment capital: Approximately 1,583,613,000,000,000 VND.

In 2026, the province is assigned a target of 19,000 units, higher than Hanoi, but the province sets a target to continue to complete over 20,000 units.
